The Jewelry Goddess Designs Beginnings
Jewelry Goddess Designs started about 15 years ago as Family Creations 4 You a family based
creative operation made up of three generations. Three generations that offered different
perspectives on jewelry trends, styling and fashion. We spent most spring and fall weekends at
various craft shows throughout Southeast Missouri and Southern Illinois.
Rose, my mom, offered the sophistication and details to keeping us organized and on target.
Originally she was the financial backer and now is the our main Craft Show Sales Associate.
Brandy, my daughter, has her own creative outlets in one of a kind wire bracelets and she also
creates wire earrings and necklaces. She has since relocated to Texas and has stepped away from
the main creations.
Paul, my dad was instrumental in helping design many of my displays. I would come home with
an item and he used his many talents to make that item into something spectacular that I could
display my jewelry on. Sadly we lost my amazing dad in 2020, he is greatly missed!!
I, myself started by creating one of a kind beaded necklaces, earrings, and bracelets. I have since
expanded into steampunk jewelry which can be custom made to your specifications.
Family creations was a great way for all of us to stay close and do something we all enjoyed
doing together. Years later my daughter has relocated and Mom had taken time away to care
for Dad so the name Family Creations 4 You no longer applied it was time to re-brand.
Choosing a New Name
Once the decision to re-brand was made then came the hunt for the perfect name. I threw
around several ideas then remembered that a favorite client in St. Louis had programed me in
her phone as the Jewelry Goddess. That is how Jewelry Goddess Designs was re-branded.
Still doing Craft shows, which are a lot of work, and having to store all my stock and supplies
was beginning to become a challenge, my business partner from Net Marketing Dynamix offered
me the additional office space to set up a store front. So Jewelry Goddess Designs has a
permanent home.
I will continue to do a handful of craft shows including Murphysboro Apple Fest, Jackson’s
Oktoberfest, Makanda’s Vulture Fest, Kimmswick Applebutter Fest, and Osage Center Holiday
Expo in the future.
Jewelry Goddess Designs will be offering a wide range of ideas that makes our designs fun and
inspired. We are driven to create the right piece of handmade jewelry that adds the finishing
touch to any look you can pull together.
